| You need to be confident about basic math skills before
college. The basic "algebra 1" you learned in high school and
the basic math you worked on in middle school help you get into
college algebra. Avoid delaying your college graduation a semester or two or three because of taking non-credit developmental math courses (like middle school math) at college. Save time and money.
